On 26 March 2025, PRIST University organized an on-campus walk-in interview in partnership with MRF and TVS Education Society for their LEAD (Learn, Earn, and Develop) three-year training program for the students of engineering, technology, arts, and science from the 2019-2024 batch. The program commenced in the PRIST auditorium at 9 a.m. and concluded at 1 p.m. The motto of the interview sought to enhance students’ careers by completing advanced and master diploma certification through the TVS Educational Society, along with a stipend for the students based on their program ranging from Rs. 20,500 to Rs. 22,500, inclusive of all perks and benefits. Around 150 students from many disciplines enthusiastically participated in the interview, which sought to connect academic knowledge with practical application, equipping students for successful employment in their respective fields.
